Hello! I purchased merchandise at the Disney Spring Florida store and they gave me a gift card due to their mistake because I brought a receipt.
Now with that gift card I want to charge for some pieces online and I can't. I definitely need help, the experience I have had with the company has been horrible, I am super disappointed.
The store customer is horrible paying with my credit card. I make an exchange because the merchandise was too big for me and when I make the return again and buy something more expensive they tell me to pay with a gift card.
Now I have the money on a gift card that I can only use in the store when the merchandise I want is online. Now no one can help me

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to send customer service endless emails until the matter was resolved.
They take 48hours or sometimes longer to respond. It was such a relief for me to finally get it resolved.

DELIVERY SENT TO OLD ADRESS
I ordered 2 items from superdry , I have ordered once from them before - I picked 2 items I got to the end and it says make a account , I typed in my email - I was then told I already had a account so I went into my account and updated my address (as I moved over a year ago) also updated phone number . I then proceeding to pay for 2 items.
I then received a confirmation email - problem was my order is being sent out to my old address not the address I had updated my account to. I contacted superdry by pressing if this is not the correct address please tell us ASAP (I did that in email received). Turns out no ones available to talk on chat as it was after 5pm - as soon as the chat was open 8am the next day I contacted them - they say there's nothing they can do as all orders are done automatically and it was too late as my order was too far along in the process ( first contact with them was 15 mins after order made , when i actually chatted with a person online 11 hours later it was too late ) - even though I only have received a confirmation email and I still haven't received a email that my order is in transit also no tracking email yet . All they can do is write a note on the courier to return to sender and I was told this might not be seen and my order could still be sent to the wrong address.
I was also told it was too late to cancel my order , basically no one at superdry can help me and if I do not receive my items I will not get a refund . I'm told to go to old address and ask the people who live there if they receive my order can they give me it , which apparently they don't have to do and I do not even know these people plus it's not just around the corner from where I live. Why are Superdry not taking action for a mistake made by them why does me the customer have to watch tracking of items to see where they are to go find items purchased by me from them, if I ever receive the courier email. Everything done by superdry is automatic at least I thought they would have contacted the warehouse and tell them not to process order or called there courier and changed the address , but no all they can do is write a note to courier which may be seen may not.
The only slight help was a email which informed me I may be able to redirect my parcel if I contact the courier and ask , why are superdry not doing this for me as there customer. I'm paying for there mistake, and there will be no refund if I do not sort out this problem myself. I would say never order from superdry if the online chat is not available / only order in working hours or also do not order if its too late to help you by the time they receive your correspondence. Also I rang superdry today the phone rings and a male voice speaks says this is superdry blaa blaa blaa " we are not taking any phone calls" , So why have a number to call ?its crazy , also don't order from superdry if you ever want to actually speak to a person as its not possible.
Maybe dont order at all if you expect any reasonable customer service. They only seem to communicate threw online chat or email. I'm so disappointed and stressed now - I have to keep constantly checking emails to see if the tracking has been emailed to me yet , unbelievable that Superdry cannot speak with there own couriers or even the people who work for superdry processing orders they don't seem to be able to make contact with them. Not good enough superdry - your customers deserve better then this.
Also I will be doing everything I can to get my money back if I do not receive the items I have payed for - that took you 2 seconds to take my money from my bank account , people as soon as superdry has your money they don't seem to care as much, what a shock.
I don't have lots of money and this is not a small amount to me , how would you feel if this happened to you superdry ?. I will not be spending my money with Superdry again , I feel ripped off , I would rather of given a charity my 160 quid.

Title of my review is = delivering to wrong address ( I spelt it wrong had to amend) . Also this didn't happen in a store it happened online last night and today in North England UK .
The money I spent was 160 pounds . I would prefer to receive my order but if not I would like a full refund .
